Project Architect, Manager, and Interior Designer for Melander Architects - Gut remodel of a 4,400 sq.ft, 1851 townhouse in lower Manhattan, creating a 3 story home and separate guest flat. Creation of outdoor patio at upper level with in-floor snow-melt system and outdoor shower, custom casework, and all new furnishings (IIDA award for interiors).
